REGISTRATION REQUIRED BY FRIDAY, MARCH 24 - Registraion and advance payment, where applicable, for both the Friday Wine Tasting Social and the Saturday Lunch Meeting & Social is required. If you plan to attend, please review all details below and click on the BLUE BUTTON at the bottom of this page to register and order your complimentary and/or paid tickets. You must be logged in to your RVA website account to register. Carefully read the registration instructions at the bottom of the page, specifically item #4, to order all tickets in one transaction. If you are ordering both Wine Tasting tickets and Lunch Meeting tickets, your name (and guest name) will appear twice on the "Who's Coming" list. WINE TASTING SOCIAL AT MESSINA HOF

Friday Wine Tasting Social at Messina Hof is $16 per person paid in advance. Complimentary fruit & cheese trays will be provided by the RVA. Space for this event is limited to the first 50 registrants. Must be 21 years or older to attend. Please arrive by 4:50pm.

Lunch Menu: Country Fried Steak, Whipped Mashed Potatoes, Cream Gravy, Country Style Green Beans, Side Salad (baby greens tear drop tomatoes shaved red onions and homemade croutons) and Bourbon Blueberry Bread Pudding topped with a Vanilla Creme Anglaise
Lunch is complimentary for current RVA members and current RVs. The cost for guests and former RVs who are not current RVA members is $17 per person paid in advance.

TEXAS A&M HOTEL BLOCK RESERVATION LINK (HOTEL BLOCK NOW CLOSED)
For those traveling from out of town, a block of rooms is available at the Texas A&M Hotel and Conference Center at the discounted nightly rate of $139/ king or $159/ double queen (plus taxes and fees). The rates are good for Friday night, March 31, and/or Saturday night, April 1. (You may choose to reserve 1 night or 2 nights.) The block rate is good for reservations made on or before March 1. This rate includes in-and-out self parking at the adjacent Cain Garage. Click HERE to be directed to the Texas A&M Hotel website to make your reservation. Registration Instructions:
1. Click on the blue button to start the registration process. (Make sure you are logged in to your RVA website account before you begin registration.)
2. On the 2023 Spring Event ticket page, you will select the appropriate ticket type and click the maroon "add to cart" button. You can only add one ticket type at a time to your cart.
3. In the quantity box, enter the number of tickets desired for the ticket selected. (Quantity limits on ticket types per order are as follows: RVA Member Comp Lunch ticket - 1, Current RV Comp Lunch ticket - 1, Guest/Non Member Lunch ticket - unlimited, Wine Tasting ticket - 4 per person)
4. Click on the "recalculate cart" button first to update quantity, then click "get more tickets for this event" (shows as a link under the ticket item description in your cart) to order from another ticket category until all disired tickets are in your cart. When done selecting all ticket types for your order, click the "checkout" button. (At any time in the process after you have added a ticket to your cart, you can easily navigate back to your cart by clicking the drop down arrow by your name in the top menu bar and selecting shopping cart.)
5. You will be taken to the Billing Information page which should auto-fill. If not, complete the information and then click the "next step" button to proceed.
6. Review your order to make sure it is correct, complete payment information if required, then click "submit transaction."
7. On the confirm your RSVP page, enter your first and last name as you wish it to appear in the list of attendees. We suggest you add your two digit class year after your last name in the box so that it will appear in the attendee listing. If you are bringing a guest(s), complete the first and last name fields for each (or you can leave it as "Guest of ____"). Please read the ticket description directly above each RSVP line to make sure you are entering the correct name (your name or your guest name) for that ticket. If you are ordering both Wine Tasting tickets and Lunch Meeting tickets, your name (and guest name) will appear twice on the "Who's Coming" list.
8. Now click the "confirm/update RSVP" button and you are done!
