2024 RVA SPRING EVENT

The 2024 RVA Spring Event will be held in College Station on Saturday, June 1 from 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm at the Sanders Corps Center. Our guest speaker will be Texas A&M University President, Gen. (Ret.) Mark A. Welsh III.  You and your guest(s) are invited to join us for a delicious taco bar with beverages, to include complimentary cold beer and wine, as we share an enjoyable afternoon mixing and mingling with fellow RVs. The cost is $10 per person for former RVs and guests. (Attendance is complimentary for the RV Classes of 2024 & 2025. Your will register and "purchase" a free ticket to reserve your meal.) The deadline to register and purchase tickets is Thursday, May 23, 2024. (Registration instructions appear below.) Suggested parking is located in the University Center Garage and event entry will be on the north side of the Sanders Corps Center. We look forward to gathering with you in Aggieland soon!

Registration Instructions:

1. Click on the blue button above to start the registration process. (Please ensure you are logged in to your RVA website account before you begin registration. Your username is the email at which you receive RVA communications. If you have forgotten your password, please use the reset password feature.)

2. On the 2024 Spring Event ticket page, select the appropriate ticket and click the maroon "add to cart" button. (Class of '24 and '25 RVs will select the second ticket for complimentary attendance.)

3. Next, in the quantity box, enter the number of tickets desired. (Class of '24 and '25 RVs will enter 1 for the complimentary ticket quantity.)

4. Click on the "recalculate cart" button first to update quantity then click the "checkout" button.

5. You will be taken to the Billing Information page which should auto-fill. If not, complete the information and then click the "next step" button to proceed.

6. Review your order to make sure it is correct, complete payment information, then click "submit transaction." (No payment required for Class of '24 and '25 RVs.)

7. Dont forget this step! On the confirm your RSVP page, enter your first and last name as you wish it to appear in the list of attendees. We suggest you add your two digit class year after your last name in the box so that it will appear in the attendee listing. If you are bringing a guest(s), complete the first and last name fields for each (or you can leave it as "Guest of ____").

8.  Now click the "confirm/update RSVP" button and you are done!
