Fall Event Registration

The RVA Fall Event is Saturday, November 16 from 2:30pm to 4:30pm in Duncan Dining Hall. This event will precede the Corps Veterans Day Review on Simpson Drill Field and the New Mexico State football game. Step-off from the Quad for the Review will be at 4:45pm. Kick-off for the football game is 6:45pm.

All former and current RVs, family members, and guests are invited to join us for this casual, come-and-go pre-game tailgate in Duncan Dining Hall. A burger buffet (includes bun, beef patty, toppings, condiments, chips, cole slaw, chocolate chip cookie, tea and water) will be served along with a big helping of Good Bull!  A brief RVA business meeting and board election will be conducted at approximately 3:30pm.

ADVANCE REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT IS REQUIRED:

  • All attendees must register and pay in advance by Monday, November 4. 
  • Cost for former RVs, family members, and guests is $15 per person. 
  • Class of '25 and '26 RVs will receive complimentary admission (advance registration is still required).
  • Please review the Registration Instructions below before ordering tickets.

REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Click on the blue button above to start the registration process. (Please ensure you are logged in to your RVA website account before you begin registration. Your username is the email at which you receive RVA communications. If you have forgotten your password, please use the reset password feature.)

2. On the 2024 Fall Event ticket page, select the appropriate ticket and click the maroon "add to cart" button. (Class of '25 and '26 RVs will select the second ticket for complimentary attendance.)

3. Next, in the quantity box, enter the number of tickets desired. (Class of '25 and '26 RVs will enter 1 for the complimentary ticket quantity.)

4. Click on the "recalculate cart" button first to update quantity then click the "checkout" button.

5. You will be taken to the Billing Information page which should auto-fill. If not, complete the information and then click the "next step" button to proceed.

6. Review your order to make sure it is correct, complete payment information, then click "submit transaction." (No payment required for Class of '25 and '26 RVs unless purchasing tickets for family members.)

7. Dont forget this step! On the confirm your RSVP page, enter your first and last name as you wish it to appear in the list of attendees. We suggest you add your two digit class year after your last name in the box so that it will appear in the attendee listing. If you are bringing a guest(s), complete the first and last name fields for each (or you can leave it as "Guest of ____").

8.  Now click the "confirm/update RSVP" button and you are done!
