Registration Opens Soon! RVA Austin Social

The RVA Austin Social will be on Thursday, August 7, 2025 at Mandola's Italian Kitchen - Arbor Trails. We will gather in the private party room at the back of the restaurant. Check-in and social hour will begin at 6:00pm, followed by an Italian dinner buffet at 7pm. Beer and wine will be available for purchase. The schedule of events appears below:

• 6:00pm - Doors Open, Check-in, Social Hour
• 6:55pm - RV Group Photo
• 7:00pm - Dinner Service Begins
• 8:00pm - Dessert / RVA and RV Company Updates
• 8:30pm - Social Time Continues until 9pm

DINNER MENU - Freshly Baked Foccacia & Herbed Olive Oil, Bruschetta all Checca, Caprese Prosciutto Spiendini, Mista Salad, Penne Pesto with Cream Sauce, Penne Marinara, Pollo Alla Ava, Assorted Cookies, Tea, Water, Coffee.

NOTE: If your membership is not current please join or renew first using the JOIN / RENEW  button below to have access to the complimentary member ticket for you and your guest. Otherwise, you will be able to purchase a non member ticket for yourself and 1 guest at $50 per person using the REGISTER & ORDER TICKETS button.

DEADLINE TO REGISTER & ORDER TICKETS -  To allow us to meet our catering deadline, registration is required by end of day on Tuesday, July 22, 2025. We suggest you review the Registration Instructions at the bottom of the page before reserving your tickets. Registration will open in mid May.

*** For members receiving complimentary tickets, your reservation is a commitment to attend, as well as a commitment of resources by the RVA. If your plans change after you register and you and/or your guest are no longer able to attend, please notify us via email at rva@corpsofcadets.org by Tuesday, July 22, so we can adjust our count with the caterer. We appreciate your support in our efforts to be good stewards of your RVA funds.

REGISTER & ORDER TICKETS

Registration Instructions:

1. Click on the blue REGISTER & ORDER TICKETS button above to start the registration process. (Please ensure you are logged in to your RVA website account before you begin registration. Your username is the email at which you receive RVA communications. If you have forgotten your password, please use the reset password feature.)

2. On the RVA Austin Social ticket page, select the appropriate ticket based on the descriptionand click the maroon "add to cart" button. 

3. Next, in the quantity box, enter the number of tickets desired. (1 if attending solo, 2 if bringing a guest)

4. Click on the "recalculate cart" button first to update quantity then click the "checkout" button.

5. You will be taken to the Billing Information page which should auto-fill. If not, complete the information and then click the "next step" button to proceed.

6. Review your order to make sure it is correct, complete payment information, then click "submit transaction." (No payment is required for current RVA Members.)

7. Dont forget this step! On the confirm your RSVP page, enter your first and last name as you wish it to appear in the list of attendees. We suggest you add your two digit class year after your last name in the box so that it will appear in the attendee listing. If you are bringing a guest, complete the first and last name fields for your guest in the boxes provided.

8.  Now click the "confirm/update RSVP" button and you are done!
