2025 RVA FALL EVENT
Join us for the RVA Fall Meeting & Lunch on November 16, from 11am to 1:30pm in Duncan Dining Hall. (This is the Sunday after the South Carolina football game). Come enjoy this opportunity to meet or reconnect with fellow RVs, to welcome the newly inducted RV Class of 2027, to hear from the new Commandant, LtGen James Bierman, and to engage in Q&A with a panel of Cadet leaders.

Former RVs and Guests - $20 per person
Class of 2026 & 2027 RVs - Complimentary (To be added to our catering count, current RVs must select and "purchse" the FREE ticket and complete the online registration and check-out process.)

REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Click on the blue button above to start the registration process. (Please ensure you are logged in to your RVA website account before you begin registration. Your username is the email at which you receive RVA communications. If you have forgotten your password, please use the reset password feature.)
2. On the RVA Fall Event ticket page, select the appropriate ticket based on the description, then click the maroon "add to cart" button. (Current RVs will select the complimentary ticket.)
3. Next, in the quantity box, enter the number of tickets desired. (Former RVs will enter 1 if attending solo, or 2 or more if bringing a guest(s). Current RVs will enter 1.)
4. Click on the "recalculate cart" button first to update quantity then click the "checkout" button.
5. You will be taken to the Billing Information page which should auto-fill. If not, complete the information and then click the "next step" button to proceed.
6. Review your order to make sure it is correct, complete payment information, then click "submit transaction." (No payment is required for Current RVs, but you will need to complete all the registration steps.)
7. Dont forget this step! On the confirm your RSVP page, enter your first and last name as you wish it to appear in the list of attendees. We suggest you add your two digit class year after your last name in the box so that it will appear in the attendee listing. For former RVs, if you are bringing a guest(s), complete the first and last name fields for each, or you may leave it as is and it will appear as "Guest of Your Name" in the attendee listing.
8. Now click the "confirm/update RSVP" button and you are done!
