2026 RVA FALL EVENT

Join us for the RVA Fall Meeting & Lunch on Sunday, October 4, from 11am to 1:30pm in the MSC Bethancourt Ballroom (upstairs - 2300 A&B). This event will wrap up an exciting weekend in Aggieland as Texas A&M will kick off its 150th Celebration on Friday, October 2, and the Arkansas football game will return to Kyle Field on Saturday, October 3. Texas A&M University System Chancellor Glenn Hegar '93 will be with us to share remarks and engage in Q&A. Come enjoy this opportunity to hear from Chancellor Hegar, meet and reconnect with fellow RVs, and welcome the newly inducted RV Class of 2028. 

EVENT SCHEDULE:

11:00am - Doors Open / Check-in / Social Time

11:30pm - Welcome / Invocation / Lunch Buffet Opens

12:15pm - RVA Business Meeting / Elections

12:30pm - Guest Speaker Remarks and Q&A - Chancellor Glenn Hegar '93

  1:05pm - RVA President's Closing Remarks

Chicken Fajitas, Tortillas, Rice, Beans, Shredded Cheese, Sour Cream, Pico de Gallo, Guacamole, Jalapenos, and Lettuce, Angel Food Cake Churros, Sweet Tea, Unsweet Tea, and Water

Former RVs and Guests - $20 per person

Class of 2027 & 2028 RVs * - Complimentary (no guests privileges)

* Note for Current RVs -to be included in our catering count, you must select and "purchse" the COMPLIMENTARY ticket and complete the online registration and check-out process.

REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Click on the blue button above to start the registration process. (Please ensure you are logged in to your RVA website account before you begin registration. Your username is the email at which you receive RVA communications. If you have forgotten your password, please use the reset password feature.)

2. On the RVA Fall Event ticket page, select the appropriate ticket based on the description, then click the maroon "add to cart" button. (Current RVs will select the complimentary ticket.)

3. Next, in the quantity box, enter the number of tickets desired. (Former RVs will enter 1 if attending solo, or 2 or more if bringing a guest(s). Current RVs will enter 1.)

4. Click on the "recalculate cart" button first to update quantity then click the "checkout" button.

5. You will be taken to the Billing Information page which should auto-fill. If not, complete the information and then click the "next step" button to proceed.

6. Review your order to make sure it is correct, complete payment information, then click "submit transaction." (No payment is required for Current RVs, but you will need to complete all the registration steps.)

7. Dont forget this step! On the confirm your RSVP page, enter your first and last name as you wish it to appear in the list of attendees. We suggest you add your two digit class year after your last name in the box so that it will appear in the attendee listing. For former RVs, if you are bringing a guest(s), complete the first and last name fields for each, or you may leave it as is and it will appear as "Guest of Your Name" in the attendee listing.

8.  Now click the "confirm/update RSVP" button and you are done!
